On Dec 08, 2021 got worst service ever, had my 13" snowblower tires serviced , I paid $40 for labor and $25 for tube. Halifax is expecting 15 cm of snow today, surprises, , put the tires on my snowblower and found one of them completely flat, even, tried to adjust but still flat, their answer was , these things happened and they did not even apologize. unprofessional services and carless repair. now.

Emailed and called twice, no one responds to messages or is at the phone. I was looking forward to buying a zero turn but if no one tries to help me when I'm looking to spend money then I'll take my business elsewhere

I was there on a very busy day (right after a large snowfall when many people broke the belts on their snowblowers) and they did the best they could under the circumstances. COVID, so most of were lined up outside. If you had your part number you got served more quickly. No telephone service today, with focus on in store customers. Long line processed quite efficiently while maintaining COVID protocols.

They had what I wanted. The staff are friendly and know their stuff. A little on the pricey side, but like everything, you get what you pay for. In my case good, solid replacement parts for a weed whacker

Excellent Service. (Craftsman Lawn Tractor burning oil)
My Craftsman lawn tractor with a 21 hp Briggs & Stratton was burning oil in a bad kinda way. Thought I would take local repair place, but they don’t do tractors. So now what? I called Greg at ML&G, told him my issue, no problem he says, drop it off, so I did. Excellent customer service dropping off, very helpful staff , really couldn’t ask for much better. I read their sign that says the repairs are running 5 - 7 days so I’m thinking no big deal I got some time before the grass grows. Less than a week passes (Monday) and Greg is calling

Arrived at the parts counter to get parts for my snow blower. Employee told me to wait for the sales guy because he was too busy making service calls to help me. Sales guy busy trying to finance something for a different customer. Waited for 15 minutes. Ignored by 2 additional employees. Finally left without speaking to anyone else. Back to Amazon it is.

Love this place, bought our chainsaw from here, they are knowledgeable and willing to help. Took the time to show us how to use it, and how to perform maintenance on it.
Today we had a little mishap with our snowblower. I called told them it would need to be picked up,they said no problem then asked what the issue was. After I told them the pull cord had snapped they told me how I could take the part off and bring it in saving us 100 +tx in transportation. I got there with the part they fixed it right there in front of me. Great service. Thank you

Bought my mower and blower and pressure washer here. Great and knowledgeable staff. I came in about 10 minutes before close and they didn't try to rush me through my purchase. They, very happily, stayed open the extra 20 minutes and helped me load up my suv. This is my go to store and they seem to only carry higher quality tool brands.

The service is absolutely terrible. I have given this local business many opportunities thinking staff could be just having a bad day. I've used their repair service mostly but I recently purchased a new Stihl chainsaw and accessories and I was "balled out" by the salesperson? I just don't get it. The last straw came when I arrived to pick up my lawn tractor and it was siting in the lot with a flat. I knew it had a slow leek but forgot to mention it. You would think they would a) give me a call and ask if I wanted to have it taken care of b) just fix it and make more money or c) try putting some
