The owner was so kind and helpful over the phone. Even though he was not able to do the job I was needing, he spent a good deal of time helping me find someone who could. He also answered technical questions for me and guided me on what I could expect to pay and what I should look for in the person I was hiring. Amazing customer service and Jonathan is so nice. Did the job quickly and efficiently. You can't even tell they dug up the yard to replace the water line to my house and didn't have to disturb the deck or fence! Only a little bit of re seeding the yard needed. Will be recommending to anyone needing there services. We are very very pleased with the v service.

Once the city confirmed the water leak was on our side, Special T came the following week, used the hydro vac with minimal damage to yard and didn’t have to deconstruct our retaining wall. Over 15 ft later, they then had to get a custom fitting made, then also revealing our sewage line had also needed some TLC. We had to book another time for the sewage line, and they came at a very late hour (as we had a newborn baby), to snake it in the meantime. Once all was repaired, the costs were reasonable, and the crew were very pleasant. My yard, wall, and rock borders practically look untouched. Just

Just recently had a water line break in my more than complicated situation. The Special T Cleaning team did a spectacular job of tracking where my issue was without putting me through extreme costs. The time, care and knowledge that was brought right from the owner down to the employees was amazing. These guys were amazing!!! Had sewer back up in my house over Christmas and New year and in desperate need of professionals as I had Rotor Rooter come out for the third time with no success. Johnathan and his team came out on very short notice and did everything they could to help me, pinpointing exactly where my line was crushed for me to dig it up. Terrible time of year :( Although I didn't end up using them to fix the pipe, they were out twice and went above and beyond for me advising and steering me in the right direction.
