Got my Beachcomber Hottub in May 2021. Yes we waited a long time to get the spa because of supply chain related issues. However, Pierre Sauve kept us informed and updated. We absolutely LOVE our Beachcomber 590. Outstanding customer service when the team came to install the tub. Pierre came over to our house to explain and demo how to take care of the hottub. Followed his advice, always have crystal clear water. Anytime I had a question I had response in a timely fashion. 6 months in with our hottub ... well worth the wait! Top quality tubs, great customer service.

Awful experience, after a year we haven't got the tub yet. Just got my deposit back. They kept changing days for delivering, lots lies and excuses in order to keep us interested. We ended up to cancel the order since they still had not idea when the tub was going to be delivered and we lost trust in them anyway.

I grew up with a Beachcomber that my parents bought in 2000 (Still works fine) and was my time to buy my own hot tub . . From the first meeting with Pierre and Eric, in the pre-sales aspect, they were there to knowledgeably answer all the questions I threw at them. Once the decision to buy was made and the hot tub installed, they were still there to gladly help out (with little adjustments and water balancing) and get the perfect relaxing output from my hot tub. What else can I say... Thanks guys.... They only thing they don't do is dig out the hot tub out of the snow !!! :)

Pierre Sauve was an excellent resource for me when shopping for my hot tub. I felt very at ease dealing with him and I am completely satisfied with the white glove service I received from him. He went above and beyond what was required to make sure I was getting all the right items I needed and still stay within my budget. Extremely transparent, willing to go the extra mile, friendly, with a lot of experience. I could not be happier with my experience at beachcomber hot tubs and with Pierre specifically. Easy 5-Star.
