Very nice and considerate team! Working with our family and business for many years! And they saved my business during Christmas Eve! On 24th Dec 2021. I felt so desperate that my business building lost heating due to malfunction of a pressure switch in the furnace. Linda sent his guy in noon and replaced a new universal pressure switch in about 1 hour. This is crucial for my business and brought us a warm and happy holiday! I can’t thank them more. Happy new year with everyone ! I’m in Trenton.

I am not sure why people think this company is so wonderful. I called to get them to look at my furnace (no rush), but they wouldn't come because I am not a current customer. Makes me wonder what they will do for customers after they get over this little start-of-winter hump. They get a one-star because they referred me to someone else.

We contracted Bi-Temp to supply & install the boiler system, HRV system, and ductless heat pump system at our residential build. Not only did they provide the most up to date equipment and technology, but provided professional service beyond our expectations. They worked extremely well in cooperation of other trades involved with the project and always came through on time and as promised. Preemptive purchasing ensured there were no delays in light of current supply chain issues. Pricing was very competitive considering all of the above, and we would not hesitate to contact them for any future

Bi-Temp tech. Kevin T. was amazing. We had another company come and they did not check for leaks or do much to get our AC running. Kevin found a leak, installed sealant just in case, and got our system running again instead of just offering to install a new system as the other two companies wanted to do. We are very happy to not throw out an air conditioner which was still functioning.

Justin and his team are excellent. They are very professional, friendly and responsive. Last summer they came to fix our A/C as it was on its last legs and based on that experience (with one call in the evening they were there within a few hours and fixed it right away) when we decided on a new furnace and AC they were our choice. Their work was neat and clean, they told us how to prepare in advance, when they would be there and how long it would take. They met all their commitments. Never in my long life, have I encountered such an excellent company as Bi-Temp. Much of the credit goes to Justin Boisvert the owner who has hired and developed such excellent staff. What stands out is the attention to detail and the willingness to do thorough research to solve problems.
Above all, we are indebted to Matt Bulley who has solved some critical problems and given us peace of mind. In our situation it is a great help to know that there are excellent “go-to-people” like Justin and Matt.
For the last 4 years, we have been living off-grid in new 5,000 sq ft house in the country.

We used Bi-Temp to install our NTI boiler system for a 14 loop radiant in-floor system in our 4200sq. ft. metal fabrication shop. We are from Peterborough, so not really in their area but we had used Justin in the past for home furnace fixes and really liked working with him. Justin is super knowledgable and hard-working and he managed to fit us in for an install quickly despite being really busy. The final setup looks professional and the heat feels great! His team, Alex and Matt, put in an incredibly long day in the cold to get everything done and were awesome to deal with. We couldn't be happier
