Found this company online and liked what I saw from the google reviews, unfortunately my experience has been unsatisfactory.
If you want to feel like you and your house is not important, or if you like persons not showing up when they say, and chasing contractors around looking for answers, then by all means, give this place a call.
I had a simple gutter replacement on a bungalow - I was told that the gutters were sloped towards the drains, they are not and I have water pooling on a section of the gutters which is the main reason I wanted to get the gutters replaced in the first place. I called

I had a leak in my roof and found this company from a google search. I spoke with Conrad and was impressed with his service right off the bat. He offered to come do an inspection within the same day even though it was raining. For a reasonable price and after easing any concerns I had, he came and redid my roof. Conrad was reachable anytime I had questions and I'm happy with the work that he did. He informed me about the condition of my roof, took photos for me, and let me know how to get better ventilation in my attic. Conrad has great customer service and is a professional at what he does.

My mom needed a new roof and had raccoons in the attic. We were very fortunate to find Conrad and his team who were very professional and thorough in the work they did. The animals were removed humanely; there was a complete removal of all insulation and a deep clean of the attic. The new roof looks great and was done on-time as promised. Throughout the process, Conrad kept us updated on the work he did through pictures and videos. We are very happy with the work and recommend him and his team!

These guys are great! Conrad was quick to reach out and provide me with a quote without having to schedule an appointment, which was AMAZING. The quote was great, clear and left no ambiguity as to what would be included with the work.

We needed an emergency repair to fix a bad leak following heavy rain and wind on Halloween night. Left them a message at 9am and received a quick response with an estimated time of arrival for later that day. Have to say we were extremely impressed with Conrad. He is very knowledgeable and not only did he give us a very reasonable quote to repair damages to several areas of our roof, but he then proceeded to do the repairs immediately and in the freezing cold! All in I had my roof repaired by 2pm same day with better quality shingles, warranty, and peace of mind. Will not hesitate to have them

I called about 6 different roofers to get a quote to repair and replace my roof, there was damage from the strong winds that happened earlier in the year. Steven from Roofers Scarborough explained that the repair would be band aid solution and the shingles would have to be changed this year or next. Seeing that the roof was over 15 years old we decided to get a new one. He gave a very fair price for the new roof and his crew did an excellent job. Very happy with the way the new roof looks.
