I called Eco Star when my furnace stopped working at around 8 am. I contacted Tracy, my sales representative, and she got a consultant to check first thing in the morning the next day. My furnace was installed and done before 3pm. We have 2 kids at home as well. Much appreciated for Tracy's quick response. Highly recommended.

I had my furnace installed by Eco Star back in 2013 and never had an issue. So when it was time to shop for a new AC I immediately called them. Samuel, in sales, helped walk me through the entire process and provided his professional opinion on what's best for my home. Just got a new furnace and tankless water heater installed last weekend. Many many thanks go to Sam--the sales representative and the installation team James and his partner. Sam was so professional when he checked our old malfunctioning furnace and water tank. He was so patient to introduce a few equipment with their pros and cons. He also managed to returned our old water tank with a life time rent contract which we already used for more than 10 years but we cannot replace a new one with the previous rental agency. I had an issue with my old furnace which I found it was 19 years old, I started to shop around for both furnace and AC. Spoke to many representatives and got many offers.
