Great company that cares! I spoke with Peter and Ryan the owners. It is great when you can speak to owners of a company as I feel there is that extra care. I need to replace or fix my windows throughout the house as there is moisture in them. When I asked what would be the best route they were honest and fair to the point that they referred me to someone else to help me, not because they didn't want the business but because they wanted the right thing for me. Even though I didn't use their services or products they cared enough and were honest enough that I would refer them to anyone, 100% over

Just phoned to schedule an appointment for a quote. The gentleman who returned my call minutes after I left a voicemail was very courteous and explained why they don’t take up projects like mine! Even though he wasn’t getting any business from me, he still phoned and spend a good 5-10 mins to explain. Really pleased with his professionalism!

Elite Eaves and exteriors came to look at some repairs our home required. They were able to make all repairs quickly and efficiently. They were pleasant and personable to work with. We had such a great experience, we will be recommending them to our family and friends. It’s a rare gem to find such great customer service in today’s age. They have been around for over 45 years and their work speaks for itself.

Scott was great to work with and we're really happy with the work the company put in to colour match, replace and upgrade our eaves troughs.

Elite did the exterior of our house approximately 5 years ago. To this day we are still getting compliments. They also have done the eaves on the house and garage. Whenever an issue arises. I can count on them to stand behind their work. Normally within a day, someone will be out to check on the problem and rectify it.

My first job was at Elite Eaves & Exteriors many years ago. It was a great business and I am glad to see that it is still going. Looks like they may have even kept the old fax machine.

My dad had them come out a couple years ago to install new eaves, and earlier this spring, due to an issue he was having with those eaves they had installed, we had contacted the company and Peter was quick to get back to me and shortly after sent their supervisor Scott and a crew out to talk to my dad and rectify the situation, free of charge.

We contacted Elite for an estimate of our garage and house as we got damage on it from someone shooting it at. When the owner came to our house he refused to give us an estimate because he didn't want to "deal" with the courts. There was no dealing on the courts with him, we just wanted to get our siding fixed. Very UNPROFESSIONAL man and very rude!! Obviously this man has to much money to refuse redoing our big house and garage.... as he drove away in his Lexus!

We are extremely pleased on how the eaves turned out. The style of house we own is one where it’s not the easiest design for eaves and elite eaves and exteriors nailed it with the execution. Finally we won’t have icy/water runoff onto our driveway/walkway anymore. Very polite staff, but I must say I honestly thought they forgot about us and we almost were going to go through another company to get the work done but in the end we didn’t have to because they pulled through for us.
