Great Service, fast responses, and personable employees.
Was outside this morning when I noticed my oil level was really low. I probably had a week or so left, but wanted to put in the request ASAP.
My first time as a new homeowner ordering, so I was slightly nervous. Got a call around 30minutes after putting in my request, and was told a truck was in my area and could be there in an hour; perfect. Truck showed up, employee was very nice and personable, cracked a few jokes.
Oil prices are on par with any other company in HRM - and I wasn't even charged an emergency fee despite getting a fill

I discovered I had run out of oil early in the morning, and submitted a request for delivery online. They called me within 15 minutes of opening, and were around later that day to fill up my tank. The guy who came to the house was super helpful. He didn't just bleed the line but was trying to teach me a bit about the system as well, which was very helpful to me (a first time home owner who is 0% handy). Great service!

I came home from work a few weeks ago and found out I was out of oil due to new gauge in new oil tank not working (bought from another company). Jason came to my home at around 9 pm that night to check things out where it was determined I needed oil and he was able to put oil in my tank so we had heat again! So glad they were open after hours and able to help me out in a tight situation. Very polite, friendly and professional service! I will be ordering oil from them for now on!
