Net Zero homes are homes that produce as much energy as they use on a yearly basis. This is usually done by first building a house that requires less energy, and pairing it with renewable energy sources such as solar and geothermal. We build healthy, energy-efficient, and sustainable homes, and you don't have to take our word for it. We are proud to be a member of Built Green Canada, a third-party certification program that authenticates our homes to be healthy, energy-efficient, and sustainable. In fact, we're consistently hitting the Built Green Platinum certification, which is the highest achievement available through the program.
Aging in your home (Aging in Place) comes naturally and sometimes makes regular maintenance and accessibility more difficult. Our homes should be as independent as we are. Your home should be built for your future. We should never have to worry if our home is a safe and comfortable place. Greener Homes does not want to see you having to move out of your home due to accessibility concerns.

We had never been involved with a big construction process and were nervous. Dave put us at ease. His knowledge, willingness to make suggestions, attention to details and obvious desire to get us exactly what we wanted, were clear from the start. It all went perfectly. Every person who came to work on our custom garage was pleasant and knowledgeable. The work completed was fantastic and the finished product looks amazing. We would highly recommend Greener Homes for any project you are considering.

Greener Homes is an amazing company! They were able to build us our dream home, that is also a Net Zero! When we first met with Greener Homes, they were able to put all our uneasiness with solar panels and geothermal heating/cooling to rest. They were able to provide information that made us decide to go with a Net Zero right away as our forever home. A solid built home that is lightyears ahead of standard builds: the efficiency of the build, the efficiency of the actual house, and the environmentally friendly aspect is a win-win. We contacted Greener Homes with the idea of expanding our existing deck. When Dave came over and we started talking we quickly realized this was who we wanted to do this project with, he understood our vision and went with it. Within a few days the drawings were sent and the project got a start date. Dave and his crew showed up and got to work on the date scheduled and things started to get done. Dave worked so good with us, communicating all the way and always seeing things through, some things needed tweaked along the way but always great to work with. Dave , Bryce and his team were always great to work with in building our new home. He gently pushed when I needed to make decisions about the house to keep us in our time line.
