The service reps that disassembled our furnace and replaced it with a new York furnace were masked,professional,polite,efficient,quiet and prompt in the installation.
The area worked in was left spotless and we very much appreciated their service,I would not hesitate to recommend your company to all our friends and family.

From the beginning at 4:30am on a Saturday with Ed who discovered that my furnace was beyond repair, to Darcy who came and sold me my new furnace and arranged for a team of guys to install it within hours; the service at Walker was incredible. Harrison & Colton came in to change out our water tank to a new tankless system. They're incredibly professional and easy-going. They do wonderful work, and are always prepared with a solution in the event that something goes wrong–like a joint being compromised inside the new tank and leaking water all over. They were quick to clean up and get their hands on a replacement and get everything sorted. We received spectacular customer service from the emergency call that Leo answered to the assessment Ed did which led to meeting with Kate for an estimate for a new furnace to the installation of the new furnace today by Harrison, Alex and Will. We also met the owner, George. They are a team of qualified, friendly and professional people. Thank you, Cornwall Team for the wonderful experience! Spotted potentially dangerous problem that needed to be rectified immediately. Was able to come right away for a quote, and came early next morning to install new furnace. Harrison and his partner were friendly and professional. Harrison took the time to explain and help set up the new thermostat as well. Very happy with the entire experience from start to finish. We have a maintenance plan for furnace and fireplace. Always a pleasure to have one of the guys in to perform the service. Personable & professional service every time!! We have been dealing with the company for nearly 20 years and they have installed all our equipment; furnace, AC, HVAC & fireplace!! 😁

We belong to the WeCare program with Walker Climate Care.
They do yearly maintenance on our equipment and are on standby 24/7 if an emergency should arise. It is a comfort to know that everything is working up to par and if any small issues are noted, they may be repaired/replaced before a major issue/cost occurs.
Our furnace, fireplace and heat pump were installed by them a few years ago. Today, they installed a tank-less hot water heater.
A big shout out of thanks to Josh and Matt for the installation.
They were friendly, introducing themselves on arrival and very personable. They were professional
