I have worked with 3 optical stores in the past and I will definitely be returning to Next Optical. Even when the store was busy, they acknowledge you as soon as you enter and maintain professionalism. The selection is expansive along with price points for any budget and style. Hubby walked in with no appointment with broken glasses in hand, they did a quick prescription check and had an order written up in minutes.

I've been a long time customer of Next Optical in Oakville and have always found them to have exceptional service and great prices. They offer different options for lenses and explain each one carefully so you know exactly what you're getting. They ask questions about how you use your glasses and make recommendations based on feedback. They never use high pressure sales tactics in my experience. They have a huge selection of frames from well known brands. Eye exams can be arranged too and done in the same premises. I have no hesitation in recommending Next Optical to anyone looking for eyeglasses

Next optical can be described as a team of professional, dedicated and caring people who not only understand your needs, but also give suggestions( when needed). Got my glasses and sunglasses for my son from them, Pawan made our experience very good.Bhupinder and both ladies there are also very helpful. I got a very good deal in brand name frames.I am very picky, but they have amazing collection of frames at reasonable prices plus gave a good deal with excellent and professional customer service. They don't rush you (unlike others), but deal you with patience and let you choose your thing peacefully

I got my glasses here 2 years ago and was happy with the service, the frame selection, the advice, and most importantly the price. I now needed updated glasses but I had moved away from the area so shopped around. I then came back here because their pricing is fantastic on top of everything else still being great.

I have always had outstanding service from the consistently kind folks at Next. They have the best selection of styles and are always courteous, attentive and dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. I used to live in Oakville but moved to Niagara 3 years ago. I still make the drive to Oakville because there just isn't another optical store that can compare!
