Erin was extremely knowledgeable and professional in her assessment of our roof. In addition to the typical roofing materials, she identified issues with our attic ventilation and a chimney-cap. She provided several options in terms of materials and gave us the information we needed to make a confident decision. The crews who delivered and installed the new roof were capable, polite and efficient. The new roof looks great!

I found our initial consultation with Erin to be very helpful. She was kind and honest about our roof only needing a partial repair at this point. I found her to be very personable. Our roof was installed in a timely manner. The crew that worked in our roof took time to explain what was going on to my son. I truly feel that this company cares a lot about their customers. The roof on my home was damaged in January 2021 from high winds. Nomad roofing was able to come out on short notice and they did an amazing job on an emergency repair. I hired them to come back in May 2021 to do a complete roof redo. The administrative staff are polite, informed and responsive. Ryan and his team of installers were informative every step of the way and did quality work. They left the property in immaculate condition and left it clean and free of debris. The pricing on a new roof was reasonable and fair. I researched other roofing companies and Nomad roofing was by far the best.

Nomad reshingled my garage roof (and removed old shingles). From start to finish it was a great experience. They were professional, straightforward, reasonable, patient with explanations and extremely well organized. Everything happened as agreed upon. The crew did a great job, were courteous and cleaned up everything. The installation was completed without issue. Great warrantees. Great intro to roofing tutorial on the website. Happy customer!

Nomad contacted me privately after posting the last review, not even an apology made, even after I informed them that those comments were made in the presence of my 8 year old daughter.
Today they came and finished the job. Every time these workers saw me, they would mock me and chant my name. It got so bad that I needed to run out to my car for something, but I refused to do it until they had left.
When I informed the company what had happened today, privately, to give them a second chance, I again received no apology for the behavior and was practically called a liar, claiming they did not

Nomad Roofing did an excellent job on our shingle replacement. Of the five companies that I solicited for estimates, Nomad was the cheapest, quickest for response and most professional. Erin provided a video explaining the whole roofing process with different packages available for you to choose from. This was very educational in knowing how to… look at estimates and determine exactly what was included and what was not. Erin answered all my questions quickly and was honest in her evaluation of work that needed to be done and what did not need to be done. I usually try to do a lot of work

Response time from the office was great. Punctuality was great - they started their work when they said they would. They finished one day late but apparently had illness on the crew. Workmanship was great. Clean-up afterwards was meticulous. The invoice arrived next day by email and was for the same amount as the quote. And thanks for cleaning out my eavestrough too!
