My Best Friend got locked out of the apartment, so ended up breaking a window to get in. The building is old and window is a double frame which meant Special Order. B & D Glass was very fast coming out to provide a quote. Just waiting for the glass panel to arrive.

I found the employees to be very rude and demeaning. They are taking advantage of people during the COVID crisis, when many small businesses are barely making any money at all, forcing people to pay for full or half sheet, when other businesses charge per square foot.
