Got my car in the same day of the rock chip so I was able to save my windshield. They were super booked up but made the time to accommodate me as I'm from out of town. They did an absolute fabulous job on the rock chip - I was super impressed with the outcome. The staff in the reception area was super friendly as well.

I’ve had the windshields replaced on two of our family vehicles (Mazda CX-5 and Hyundai Santa Fe) by Jason and his team. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and their work was excellent at a fair price. The team provided a professional, family feel – and I really appreciated the drop-off/pick-up from my local office while I was waiting for my vehicles. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

The service was excellent! We had our fireplace glass break for the 3rd time, we had it replaced previously by a local company! We called around 7pm on Tuesday evening and our call was forwarded to Mike. He helped us to not only get better rated glass the ceramic fire glass, previously we were advised to get tempered glass! Not only did he take time out of his evening to help us he also had it cut and ready for pick up by Friday! The service was by far the best we have had in a long time! Thank you for your help! We will be telling our family and friends to use them it’s worth the drive to Toronto

I came in the other day to have a small trailer window cut as a replacement. Even though they were incredibly busy the pro-window technician brought me into the shop and cut a new window for me in 5 minutes. I watched as he worked, very knowledgable.
They were great to deal with and extremely professional. Pricing was as to be expected. The window fit perfectly, they even gave tips on how to install it appropriately. Flush, clean, fast, efficient.
I will definitely be taking my business back to Precision Glass.
