They had some shipping issues as per Fraser Valley flooding but as soon as the product arrived they called and came the next day and finished the installation of our patio roof and it looks fantastic. Thanks to the 3 men who worked outside in the cold and finished it before Christmas...awesome service

In a winter Covid moment, dreaming of summer time on the deck, I put out 3 "feelers" on Awning websites. Only one called me - Pacific. The salesman came over in a day or two, brought fabric books, explained the product and made the sale. A week sooner than expected, the awning arrived and the installers attached it to our house. Top notch product, top notch customer service.

We recently had a pergola built for our home. Pacific Rollshutters and Awnings were hired to have it built and then installed at our home. The team did a wonderful job, were exacting in their measurements and achieved perfection in the installation. Many of our neighbours commented that it looked like it had been part of the original construction of the house. 10 out of 10!!!

From initial consult, to quoting and adjustments, to ordering and installation, a positive experience. Peter (owner) came to do our estimate and presented us with three options at three price points, and came back again to do final measure and help us choose our options for the one we picked. He kept us apprised of our order status along the way, and was very communicative around the installation date (due to rain, it shifted a couple times).
The installation crew was friendly, professional, and committed to getting every detail right. By the time they left, the worksite was cleaned up and looked
