Character homes are beautiful and have personality in spades, but there is a downside to these properties. Often, the more character a home has, the more money the home owner will have to pay towards their energy bills. This often happens because insulation in these homes is not sufficient, leading to air leakage and heat loss; however, insulating character homes can be expensive and time consuming.
If your power bills are unusually high, or you've noticed your home getting drafty in spots, then air leakage in your walls and attic may be to blame. In that case, blown insulation is a very cost-effective solution to the problem. At Insta-Insulation, we use Climatizer Plus cellulose blown insulation in our installations.
If you're looking to tighten up your walls, prevent air leakage, or add sound-proofing, then injecting cellulose into the wall cavities is a great way to do it. By filling the hollow spaces in your walls with insulation, you'll seal leaks, prevent moisture damage, and keep rodents and other pests at bay.

These guys are pure HACKS
Had them come and do an attic top up the day before we moved in , not only did we have to unpack but had to spend the entire weekend re cleaning a newly renovated house and had to have the ducts re cleaned
Construction manager Gary didn't even have the decency to talk to me ( the Client) or even do a follow up after the initial complaint and then proceeded to tell me that I should have waited until they were done to have my ducts cleaned completely unprofessional
The mess , lack of care , and damage they left is completely unacceptable

Insta-Insulation upgraded my attic with blown insulation to R50. Now it's getting colder and it's already making difference. Bruce Jackson, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and saved me more money by recommending home renovation rebates. The installation guys were on time, very quick and made the process painless. Highly recommend.
