Stephen made the impossible possible in record time. Within a couple of days of calling he came down and got the work done, same day. Very professional, personable, and creative! He was able to install a data outlet in our new home (after the fact) in the best possible location without drilling through any finished walls or ceilings (except the outlet)... And then cleverly tucked the cord along the baseboard to the computer, not an easy task. I would hire him again. Highly recommended.

We had Stephen install a new projector (and uninstall the old one) for our home theatre as well as hardwire the internet for our home office. He custom-built an addition to the projector mount to support additional weight, ran the cables, and also custom-made the Ethernet cables and box for the office. His solutions were better than those proposed by our cable provider and did not require any damage to floorboards, walls, etc. He responded very quickly to our initial inquiry and was able to come out the next day to do the work. Called this company to see if they could assist me in repairing my home fibre optic connection to my ONT device that I broke while moving. Bell couldn’t make it out for a few days to repair. The fellow I spoke to was extremely helpful and took the time to describe process and my current situation. There is a longer story here with my situation then me just breaking the fibre connection which he was very helpful with. He was also willing to come out that evening to assist me with my issue and even called me back that evening to check in. Highly recommend them and I will be promoting them to friends

Had Steve take a look at what I needed done as I needed a wired hardwire connection in a room of the house that had no way of getting internet except for wifi which would drop occasionally. Since covid I had to start working from home. CBL Telecom Services was great in finding a way to have my internet hardwired to my workstation and gaming desk. Very efficient , very professional and very helpful in giving me a work around. Price was very fair and workmanship was quick and efficient. I would recommend for any type of hardwired work! While my ex-husband has a few contractor buddies in this field and suggested a few of the more well known ones, I decided to just google telecommunications contractors near me and see if I couldn't find a better price then they we're throwing at me (which varied wildly and seemed rather expensive)
I'm happy I did because after talking to CBL Telecom on the phone I knew I was going to go with them for some updating and new network and data cabling for my businesses growing needs.

CBL Telecom rocks. Stephen Menzies did an amazing job of responding to an emergency call out to Ocean Trailers in Winnipeg for us in Vancouver. He was there less than 24 hours after we contacted him and spend most of the day on site assisting us with a completely downed system that had an AVAYA chassis flown in from USA overnight to be replaced as soon as it arrived. Pretty much open heart surgery with the client down hard. Stephen was the eyes and hands and heart of our triage mission and executed brilliantly. The client was up by end of day and Stephen was an indispensable part of the team. We
