Rob is a super nice guy and very easy to deal with. While he was first at our house for one issue, he diagnosed another potential problem and gave us a quote. Months later, after we ignored the potential problem and it became a real problem (as Rob said it would), we called him back without hesitation. He honoured his original quote and was clear about how and when the work would be done. He's the only call we'll make if we ever have a plumbing problem/need again. We had a septic tank issue where the sewage was backing up into our house, after we had the tank cleaned we were informed we should call a plumber to clear the blockage. When I called Plumbing Authority, Robert was super helpful, he knew the area well and he knew exactly what my problem was after explaining to him with the little knowledge that I had. I found this company based on their positive reviews. I really wanted a small company, without the brand or franchisee name and I found that with plumbing authority. My husband is also in construction and he had been neglecting the septic for years. Thinking it was an easy gig. We originally called to get the septic cleaned. Once he got digging he realized where he thought the lid was ,wasn't the spot. The previous owners never showed us the lid and to be honest I dont think they even knew where it was. I called Plumbing Authority to fix my septic system that kept backing up into our home. Robert came out same day and walked us through what needed to be done for the repairs where he cleaned our lines, installed proper access to our tank with green lids and provided us with a new septic filter. He also gave us recommendations like installing a backwater valve - which we ended up doing. Robert and his team were professional throughout the process and always on time. Pricing was competitive and fair. We’ll only be calling Plumbing Authority for any of our plumbing and septic needs in the future

My septic system in my home was backing up and after getting it pumped clean it still did not fix the problem. I called Plumbing Authority Inc to book a service call and i am so relieved i did.
Within a hour Robert showed up to my home and recommended we snake the line to clean the build up and perform a drain camera inspection to diagnose why it happened and how we could prevent it from happening again.
We ended up going ahead with the work he quoted which was changing the drain line from the house to the septic tank and installing a new baffle on both the inlet to the tank and the outlet leaving
