I wish I could give a 0 stars. I just called today, and explained I need to duplicate my key. I’ve never duplicated a key before, so I really need some help and that’s the reason I called a real shop. BTW I’m traveling from BC. The guy asked “where do you call from?” I was confused about this question so I said sry what do you mean. Then he just hang up. Tried to call back again and he just set me to voice mail. 1. They are not a 24 hr service - this is just stunt marketing 2. They seem to be writing their own reviews as I can't imagine this business getting 4+ stars 3. They are abusive on the phone or simply hangup if you corner them on something critical 4. If they arrive, they jack up the price by as much as $100 if they sense any desperation or see an expensive car And 5. instead of improving this guy responds in minutes after seeing my review saying it is a slander!! So be sure to be cheated when you call them!!!

Guys helped my with an eviction process. It was my first time dealing with an eviction. They knew exactly what I was talking about from the moment I called. Very prompt, courteous, caring, and utmost service rendered in my recent emergency situation with an issue gaining access to a client's property on their behalf. Time was of the essence.The first focus by the service representative on his quick arrival was gaining entry without having to change the lock if it could be possible in light of the time deadline we were facing in this matter.
