What days can you deliver? Delivery service to most areas is available to our customers seven (7) days a week during Summer store hours and five (5) days a week during Winter store hours. Very friendly,. Ive been in twice recently and they couosnt have been any nicer to my kids as they poked around the store. Had some pt lumber delivered and a bunch of screening/gravel , pricing was fair and no throwaways, was able to use all 50 pieces or so. Will happily be back whenever our next project starts.

Made an appointment with the kitchen department and came in with pictures of my kitchen including measurements and a 3D rendering of what I want changed. I even picked out everything right down to the hardware. I was told a quote would be emailed to me, this was over a month ago. When I emailed asking about my quote I was told it would be a few more days. A few more days.... no thanks...going somewhere else.

My husband and I own a small business and after searching high and low for building supplies and being told we could not get them due to inventory being low, (ie; covid/business shut downs) we found what we needed at Simcoe Building. Thank goodness. Delivery was fast and friendly. It is nice to deal with a local building company rather than the big corporations, we also see great quality with the lumber.
