I was very impressed with this companies service. My experience started off very well when I spoke with Janet. She was very pleasant and helpful.
Derek was the young man that was doing my repair. He is the most pleasant person, very personable and polite. He is a very conscientious worker, and got the job done. He also gave me great suggestions on new lighting for the future. I will certainly be asking for Derek in the new year when he is putting in new lighting for me.
Derek also offered to vacuum the little bit of mess he made when a pot light didn’t comply.

We had lost power to a number of outdoor outlets (5 in total front and back) and our circuit breaker kept tripping and would not reset. We thought it had something to do with the heavy rainfall we’d been receiving lately and possibly a faulty breaker. Joe (their electrician) went about methodically troubleshooting our problem(s) and resolved everything to our satisfaction in a little under an hour. Great job, great electrician, and at a reasonable cost.
