In 2002 I opened my own company, Kim's Carpet and Upholstery Care. In the beginning it was just myself now I am proud to say we've grown into a successful small business with 9 employees. We service over 5000 regular customers along with our commercial and house cleaning divisions. We now service many cities within a one hour radius of Kitchener, which is our home base of operations.

Services
We use the Dry Foam Method. It's an effective low moister, rapid drying system that has been used for decades. The first machine is a carpet shampooer with a brush that cleans your carpets to agitate the deeply embedded soil and bring it to the surface. The second machine extracts the loosened up soil and shampoo.
When carpets get wet from the cleaning process it may activate odours that are already embedded into the carpets and rise to the surface and contaminate the air. Our deodorizing and disinfectant process will counteract those odours, leaving your carpets to smell fresh, clean and disinfected. We highly recommend this, especially when there is a pet problem involved.
3M Scotchgard helps protect against water-based stains and helps protect against build up of dirt and grime. Using 3M Scotchgard helps keep spills from becoming hard to remove spots or stains. It also helps repel liquids so spills can be blotted up easier and it also improves vacuuming by removing dirt more thoroughly.
