GNHE just replaced most of the windows in our house. They were great to work with. Thanks to Clodette the pricing was competitive and the quote was accurate. The windows are of good quality. Thanks to the installers, Clark and Tim, who were efficient, cheerful, neat and experienced. They certainly added some life to the house during these quiet times. We have already ordered more windows from GNHE as the ones they put in look so good.

I had the pleasure of working with Great Northern Home Exteriors this spring to have all of the windows replaced in my home plus a couple of large exterior doors (10 windows, 1 patio door and 1 sliding glass door) The crew were friendly, professional, tidy, careful and on time everyday. I am incredibly impressed with the craftsmanship of the installers. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail and also the fact that they protected my home with high end materials and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each work day. Very professional company. Pricing was very competitive and the installer was one that takes his time and does the job right. When they removed the old bay window they found a pile of rot. It was shown to me and repairs made without an extra. Yes that is correct, no extra. We even had drywall that needed to be repaired and yes the installer did that too without any mention of an extra charge. Give Clodette a call, you will be very pleased with both Customer Service and the install team. Oh and they use Canadian Products

As first time home buyers, we knew our 'antique' home would need some upgrades! Great Northern was fantastic. They installed our brand new door flawlessly. We chose the half moon door with a beautiful dark turquoise factory paint. The standard door knob and locks are great quality.
I have to say... putting a new door on an old house made me worry! But the installer matched our crown moulding perfectly, and the outside capping looks super sharp. He was super courteous to my 'night shift' sleep schedule and tried his best to keep as quiet as possible. He took his time and did the job right!

Unlike a couple of competitors from whom I got quotes, Clodette took the trouble to listen and to propose exactly the basement window solution I needed in order to be able to vent my dryer outside and improve air quality. (She was also lowest in price of the three.) Brad, Jeremy, and Brandon did a very workman-like installation job in much less time than I expected, but with a result that exceeded my expectations. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality and versatility of the windows themselves. Mine was only a small job (two basement windows), but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company
