We bought a pre-owned hottub from Jim and his team and it has been awesome! We enjoy our hottub pretty much every day. These guy's are great they made sure that everything worked, delivered it, set it up and showed me how to run everything. Dwayne was great to deal with and Cale did a great job of setting it up and showing me everything as he seemed to know hottubs very well. Now I think I have my parents convinced to buy a hottub from them.Thanks guy's and we look forward to doing business with you for many years to come.

Wouldn't let me rate it lower. In our experience, Jim the owner misrepresented one of his used hot tubs as 100%. Used that term several times. Checked over etc. 6 months later and 3 covers later we still don't have a cover that fits properly. His original solution was a cover 5 inches small on all sides and a 10x20 tarp with a bag of bungees to secure it. Anyone that has had a tub would know how much of a pain that might be too put on and off your tub anytime you want to use it. Especially in the winter. Told us over and over he ordered a pillow to replace the missing one. 5 months later he forgets

I had a couple encounters with these guys. They had a miscellaneous bin of spa pillows and when I brought the pillows from Dynasty spas to match up, and they were still more money that Dynasty spas per pillow. The main thing is my buddy bought a new heater for their hot tub from Red Deer Hot Tub Wholesale, we bought the spa from our buddy and within 24 hours the heater died, so it lasted 3 months total, they wouldn't do anything to warranty the heater, because we didn't use their service guy and the hot tub switched owners in that three month span.

My husband and I purchased a hot tub from an employee at HOT TUB WHOLESALER in April 2015. HOT TUB WHOLESALER delivered the hot tub April 12, 2015 from a hot tub wholesaler company truck and 2 employees. After we installed the 2013 model Clearwater hot tub, we registered the hot tub's warranty online with Clearwater spa in August 2015. The hot tub developed about 20 bubbles in lining and a crack Feb/2016. My husband and I went to Hot Tub wholesaler on March 12/2016 and reported the bubbles/crack in lining. My husband and I had the 2013 Clearwater Hot tub from April 2015 to March 2016, and
