Purchased 8 grade 1 fence panels during the height of the wood shortage. Wasn’t the cheapest but also wasn’t the most expensive. Biggest difference was the customer service. From the salespeople to the delivery guy and the product looked great. After the rain storm last week, I noticed that all of the panels were severely warped. I sent a email… with photos and got a response back the same day. The following day, I got another response saying they are sending someone out to repair the fences under warranty. My fence was fixed to new within 4 days! Highly recommend this company

'Above and Beyond' best describes the service I received from Big Red Cedar. My project was complex for reasons beyond my control, yet the Manager (Bill) soldiered on and personally supervised the work, when others likely would have walked away. The fence installers and office staff were equally accommodating, understanding and pleasant. This company is well managed and I cannot thank them enough for a job well done, under extraordinary difficult circumstances.

I came across Big Red Cedar from a Craigslist ad and contacted them regarding a back fence replacement project along with a custom gate. I had sent the request out to multiple fencing companies and Big Red Cedar by far had the best product and pricing available. The job was completed quickly and I’m very happy to recommend them to anyone whos looking to get work done.

Fantastic work and reasonable price. Excellent communication as well. Got our yard closed in to keep the dogs contained. The 12 foot gate allows me to get our toys in and out with ease. We loved the front fence so much we had them replace the rest of the fencing around our property. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Thank you Big Red.

Just had 2 of the installers from Big Red Cedar complete the fence along my back yard. Great job and the materials used were top quality. I phoned several places for quotes and these guys were the most professional of them all. I would highly recommend Big Red Cedar if you need a fence built to create a great looking yard.. Great job!

We do not recommend this company.
An overall lack of care with both the product and the installation.
Installation:
-Severed our irrigation line and said nothing resulting in the flooding of the yard when the system was turned back on.
-Concrete splashed up the posts
-Split the post caps when screwing in
Product: (we ordered medium grade)
-Gates with burn marks and splinters across the top from saw cuts
-Gates have 'score' line scratches for upper arch cut
-Stapled gate panels with bent and halfway in staples
-Splintered edges from saw cuts on several panels and posts

From the quote to the consult to the welcome we received at the plant to review our style of fence, all the way through this team excelled. Tom is a gentleman even if his jokes are corny. Sony and his team surprised us with how hard they worked, and most of all - when one aspect of the job made us scratch our head a little Tom was right there to see the problem through to completion. Our fence is "Rock Solid" and thanks to the speed of service was complete in virtually 2 days, and that made our dogs even give it two thumbs up. We are so glad we chose Big Red and will highly recommend them!

I definitely do NOT recommend this business . When installing a new good neighbour fence they went on our property without our permission & destroyed our privacy by limbing not pruning our 20 foot high mature cedar hedge . We were home & they did not even ring the doorbell ! Our garden is our sanctuary & was TOTALLY private . We spent over $85,000 on a complete makeover 3 years ago complete with beautiful swimming pool . Now we are forced to hire an arborist to replant to try to repair the damage & devaluation of our property value . All of this was illegal & entirely unnecessary

Thanks for helping me to make my fence project a success. Finding the 5/4 x 8 boards for me was challenging and a key for the substantial look of the finished project. Jim was great looking after my phone order and Eric was ultra friendly and helpfull with delivery - and he was a Dutch football supporter so that's good too, ;). Warren helped with a… small delivery issue promptly and in a friendly manner - refershing not to have to battle for corrective action.
