We hired Mr. Jesse Dinan and his company, Chameleon Masonry Restoration, to restore some of the brickwork on our 160-year-old church building. We received a reference for this company from a previous client who was pleased with the restoration done on his Century home. The work done on our church by Chameleon Masonry was excellent.

They were quick to get back to us when we contacted them. They new that the job was urgent as winter was coming and I needed my chimney cap removed and a new one made. The cap had several cracks in it and was allowing rain into my attic and then my living room. They made it a priority to get the job done before the cold weather arrived. They left no mess when they were done and the bill was what the quote said. All in all, we are very happy with their service.

We selected Chameleon Masonry to do a restoration on our chimney after seeing them working on several of our neighbours' homes. Their workspace was clean and organized. From our first meeting with visiting our property to write the quote to the final stage of invoicing, everything was professional, superior and efficient work, courteous and knowledgeable staff. Just recently we hired Chamelon Masonry to repair our chimney as many bricks above the roofline and a few below the roofline were deteriorating. We found the company representatives to be very good to deal with and very professional.The workmanship was excellent and we very much liked and enjoyed the tradesmen who worked on the job, Raymond and Shane and their foreman (I didn't get his name). We recently had Chameleon Masonry completely rebuild two chimneys and correct some brick issues we had near the ground. They communicated a complete cost broken down by task, gave a schedule of what would be accomplished each day in advance, maintained a safe and clean work area, and did an all around incredible job! We were very pleased with our experience with Chameleon Masonry. Our brick house was built in the 60’s and a number of areas needed the joints redone and the chimney cap needed replacing. They did a great job of matching the existing mortar colour, kept the mess to a minimum -looks great. As well they were great in keeping in touch and doing the job at a time that was convenient to us.

Chameleon Masonry recently completed did some brick repair and window sill replacements on our home. This is the second time we have had them do work for us in the past 4 years and the mere fact that we contracted them for a second time speaks volumes! They were great the first time and did not disappoint us the second time. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Derrick during the estimate procedure. He was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. Then when the workers Ray and Jaedon arrived and went over everything with me I was very impressed with their thoroughness and willingness to explain any questions I had. In the end I was… amazed at how good a job they did over the two days of work. The grouting matched pretty much perfectly. My experience with Chameleon Masonry Restoration was a very good one. Ray and his crew were polite, respectful of the property (safeguarding the steel roof on the addition and protecting the driveway) and most importantly, followed all Safety rules with fall gear, goggles, pulleys, scaffolding, etc. It was a challenging job given the heights of the work being done. The chimney rebuild, cement sills & brick replacement blend in with the 100+ year old house. Kim was most efficient with scheduling the job to accommodate my roof replacement. I would contract with Chameleon again.

I had the chimney rebuilt and some brick work replaced on the house. They quickly got to setting up the scaffolding and the teardown of the old chimney, dispite the rain that started. They put a tarp over the workarea and kept on working without delay. All the work was finished on time and the only evidence of them being there was a little stone dust from cutting the chimney cap.
