After several frustrating disappointments on two previous occasions to purchase a home spa, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service, 'after sales' service, and prompt delivery I received from Mike, at "West Coast Factory Direct". I have been enjoying the benefits of my Viking hot tub since May of 2021, and I have these fine folks to thank for it. My majestic manfriend and I bought our hot tub here and we have absolutely no complaints! The tub came in a super timely fashion, the delivery was very smooth (the delivery guy with the crane truck was great!!), the tub is like a mini-vacation in our backyard every time we use it, and the staff at the store has been super helpful about advising us on how to best care for our tub as well as how to be as economical as possible! It's refreshing to go somewhere where they don't try to up sell you or try to get you to buy things you don't need. We highly recommend them!!

Fantastic experience from the start. Mike was awesome, everything he stated was accurate and he knew his products. They made the buying experience very straightforward and simple. The hot tub showed up when he said it would and product was as advertised. The delivery team they use was great and we had another contractor that works with Mike come later on 4 hours notice and place the hot tub on our pad with a small crane. It really couldn’t have gone any smoother. The maxx vita prestige spa we purchased is amazing. Would recommend them all day long.

The customer service is excellent. Mike goes above and beyond to help. He has an abundance of knowledge on all types of hot tubs. I purchased my first hot tub from him 4 years ago. I'm not in need of a new one at this time but I can guarantee when I'm ready for an upgrade he's the one I'll be going to. You can't go wrong with this business. I highly recommend it!!

Terrific staff and service! Mike (the owner) was honest and gave us a fair price. Diane, is very friendly and helpful. We have full support after our purchase of how to maintain and use a hot tub. The product is top notch quality. Buying a hot tub could not be easier dealing with this company. Highly recommend!

I don't often write reviews but felt this occasion warranted some feedback. I am thoroughly impressed with Mike and team for their tenacious customer support and prompt resolution! I had zero experience with hot tubs and between their rundown of how to treat the water to the eventual maintenance of the tub, what I feel could've been overwhelming was instead surprisingly pleasant. WAY beyond what I'd have expected.

Went in to buy some test strips for a inflatable hot tub after messing around at 2 other stores who wouldn't help a few years back, and spoke with Dianne about chemicals. She was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Due to this we came back in this month to purchase a band new tub and again she was absolutely amazing! This girl knows her stuff! She was non-pushy, eager to answer questions and go above and beyond. Even after the sale, Dianne continued to provide excellent customer care and answered all questions in a fast and professional way. I can not speak higher of a sales experience or sales
