I only used their services because my insurance company sent them. They helped me with a water leak restore recently.
First of all, they always promise to fix things as before the damage happened, but they are not doing that for sure. Don’t believe anything they say!!!!
They are unwilling to repair the things because the insurance company only paid them a fixed amount of money. My basement ceiling is completely watered and damaged but they said it's dried and it's ok to just paint. And of course they did not paint it well to cover it. They asked me to buy a color pen to cover some of the damage

Woodhouse came in to repair our ceiling and repaint after a water leak. They went above and beyond expectations, the finished product looks amazing. Everyone was extremely professional and polite the whole time, always very open with what exactly was going on, when noise would be happening, and when they expected to be done. I can't thank them enough for the work they did and how great they were doing it.

We had micro cracks in the stucco of our building and resulting drywall stains in many areas. It was a difficult and very technical problem. Woodhouse researched and installed a specialty BASF product, together with primed caulking ... and we have not had any leaks since. 5-Star problem solving and installation for something that has haunted us for over 10 years! Excellent work Woodhouse!

We had an extremely positive experience with Woodhouse. They were there for us on a long holiday weekend when the company that our insurance company uses told us they couldnt help us until the next business day! Woodhouse had a plumber at our place in under an hour. Their work restoring our basement was second to none!!! I would highly recommend Woodhouse!!!

My experience with Woodhouse was professional and very quick. I was selling my house and we had a huge windstorm and down came the fence. Of course I wasn’t the only person who had their fence in the K-W area come down in the windstorm. I called around and no one could fix the fence by the time the open house was to happen. Woodhouse fix the fence and at a very reasonable price. I was willing to pay premium price to have it done quickly but the other companies wanted to replace the entire fence not only the damaged part and couldn’t come do the work for four to five weeks.
