It is December day with -18C outside. Temperature inside the house 15C. I know I have a problem with my heating system. As Peter from Canada Duct is my person to go-to for over 10 years, I gave him a call. He was busy but promised me to come in an hour. When Peter came, he diagnosed problem quickly, ordered parts and installed them the same day. I am really grateful for his reliability and professionalism.

Peter was professional and very nice. He showed me before and after photos of the vents so I could see what had been done.
Last year, a strange sound came on sometimes when the furnace started up and we called him to come check it out, but of course the sound didn’t happen while he was here so he couldn’t diagnose. He didn’t charge us for that visit!

Peter did duct and vent cleaning at my house today. I've used him twice now for this service. He is very nice and very professional. I have a small hobby farm. My floors inside were very dirty, and he still took off his shoes each time he had to go in and out of my house. He showed up on time and answered my questions about my furnace. He even showed me a video of what the ducts look like before and then after, which was nice to see the difference. With my aging furnace, I feel better now that it's clean. What I also like is that he's reasonably priced, not $500+ like some of these bigger companies
