We contracted with Elite to excavate and repave a portion of our industrial parking lot, repaint parking stall lines, and remove and pour new concrete curbs in various locations. Excellent experience from first contact with sales, working with the estimator, awarding the work, through to scheduling and completing the work project. Hard working crew from my observation and well organized. Quotes were competitive with other contractors in this field. Our driveway was in a sorry state when we decided to have it redone. We have lived in our current address for over 30 years; the driveway was cracked by nearby trees and not level with our garage, not to mention the slope which was terrible as well. We like to support our local community and chose Elite Paving in Delta. The crew that came by were quick and efficient. It is amazing the difference the new driveway has made to the appearance of the house and is now level to the garage, a bit wider and is easier to back out. We hired Elite Paving to replace our Driveway and parking pad. Manny was great to deal with. He always answered his phone when we had questions. We made a few changes from the original quote that where no trouble for him. He was accurate on timelines from prep to finishing. There was never a mess left behind. His crew was very courteous and professional. They even did extra finishing touches, and clean up that showed they care! We had our large driveway and basketball court done by Elite Paving. We had issues with another company, it was became uneven. Jas explained to us why we were having issue with the previous work. His crew redid the area and the additional work. It's been 6 months and it still looks great. Thanks Elite Paving for the great service and quality work.
