While I cannot to speak for their installations as I had a wood pellet stove chimney install and they do gas fireplaces. I can unequivocally state that their approach to customer service is high priority. In my particular circumstance, the owner's wife went out of her way to give me references to other businesses in the area that would likely do wood fueled chimney installs. To me that speaks volumes to the type of business they run. Bravo and continued success!
