Kingsmill did our entire home construction project - from working with the architect on design through to final completion. I really appreciated a few key things
1. Advice that guided us on where it mattered to spend a little extra and where it didn’t
2. The overall attention to detail and quality of work
3. The professionalism of interaction; transparent and collaborative.
4. Guidance on building our budget - the estimate wasn’t wishful thinking, it was truly a budget
On top of that, the owner Dave, is a great guy to deal with. I definitely recommend Kingsmill.

Kingsmill has done 2 jobs for me so far and both were excellent. One was a full renovation and the other was a smaller job. David paid the same attention to me on both. And his quality and pricing were excellent. I highly recommend them.
