Easy ordering and pick up process. Staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful. One downside was the sink we received was defective (top and bottom holes were not aligned), and therefore the drain did not sit quite flush causing water to leak. Worked with staff and got a different drain and doubled up on the rubber gaskets - it worked. I tested everything recommended by them and it all looked fine so I installed everything therefore removing and returning for a replacement wasn’t an easy option. Overall positive experience but make sure the drain sits completely flush before installing

I was a bit skeptical at first not knowing much about this company and their rating. Usually when something is too good to be true it is, but not in this case. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase from Modern Bathrooms, the great customer service and low-cost shipping. We shopped all the major competitors and their price and quality were nowhere near Modern Bathrooms.ca. At these prices we will reno our other bathroom soon.

We had a horrible experience purchasing a vanity from Rona. Their site said shipping in 3-5 days, however it failed to mention it would be leaving China in three to five days and delivery would take substantially longer. The vanity from Rona arrived with a broken top and arranging a pick-up and refund was painfully long. We found Modern Bathrooms and found a similar vanity for substantially less than the Rona one. We even got same day delivery done very professionally and put directly inside our unit! (Rona's delivery was curbside). We love our vanity, love the quality and cannot say enough about

As our bath reno is coming towards the end, I'm here to thank Michelle and Modern Bathrooms. Their products are of great value and the customer support is great! We were mainly looking at the HomeDepot but didn't really like the styles or the prices. When we went to Modern Baths, we ended up buying the 45" (Style 8145) and the 30" (Style 8630) with marbelized quartz, along with the lever controllers, the rainfall shower head, the handheld, the whole nine yards! The vanity faucets are included in the price but you have the option to opt out and get around $50 back. I wouldn't recommend it because

We absolutely LOVE our new vanity that we purchased. Everything is solid wood built nothing is cheap about these cabinets. The quartz counter top is stunning. Love that we could add the sink and mirror to complete the set as well making life so much easier than buying everything separate. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to renovate their bathrooms you will not find better value or quality for what they offer!

I have always loved the variety of contemporary and stylish vanities at Modern Bathrooms. After completing one bathroom with the smaller vanity, I am planning to build the other around a similar larger unit with drawers. The wood finish is excellent at repelling water. I was able to pay a bit more for a larger mirror and found the value with vanity, tap and mirror to be extraordinary. Thanks for the excellent service. Well worth a trip.

Purchased a double bathroom vanity from Modern Bathrooms about eight years ago and we are still pleased with it. Sadly one of the vanity sinks developed a crack. I contacted modern bathrooms (8 years after we purchased this vanity) hoping to buy a second sink. They ended up having one of the same sinks in their warehouse and gave it to us for free. Such great customer service.

My fiancé and I came to check out modern bathrooms based on the good reviews. We ended up liking and buying a 24 inch vanity unit. Sean, the owner loaded up our cars with various boxes and got us to sign the invoice saying received. When we got home, we discovered that we were missing the faucet. So I thought, no big deal, we'll call them and let them know of the situation, go back and pick up the missing faucet and be on our way. In fact, it was the complete opposite. My fiancé called and Sean became defensive saying that we should have gotten everything and that it's not his problem
