No customer service and technicians don’t know what they’re doing.
Still waiting for them to return to repair the propane line they installed in 2020! Roof flashing was installed improperly and is leaking into my living room!
Oh, and they stuck our neigbours with a botched fireplace insert and no refund 🤔 😡

Mike, Nick and William were a pleasure to work with. On time, courteous and clean! Installed a new Jutol propane stove at the cottage and it’s beautiful and functional. The boys were in and out and made sure I was happy with everything before they left for the day. Also added a new hookup for my bbq and even though the location was ideal for me it wasn’t ideal for the guys. Thanks William for doing a marine belly traverse under my deck so I could have my bbq exactly where I wanted it.

I am not impressed at all with this company and their customer service. I have been waiting for 6 weeks just to have a service guy come out and measure to advise on a product that would fit my current fireplace and get a quote for a fireplace insert. I was contacted by the sales person with a date to schedule the consultation, only to find out that she thought she was calling someone else, and they were not scheduling me for a quote. I was waiting for a guy that would stop by sometime when he was in my area. They would not make an appointment from the office. I am 20 min from Bracebridge. I went

My fireplace became damaged within its warranty period. I contacted The Fire Within to correct the damage. 14 weeks later, I am still chasing them. They have left it up to me to figure out how to install the replacement piece because their tech's "have never seen this part before". Terrible experience thus far.

I called this company hoping to get quote on a woodstove for my cottage that's being built. The woman was quite rude on the phone and extremely unhelpful. I first inquired about Catalytic wood stoves and was immediately told to go elsewhere which is fine. I then inquired about standard wood stoves and she asked me what I needed, I told her I wasn't sure and listed a couple of brands that caught my eye. I hoped by calling a company that dealt specifically with fireplaces they would be able to tell me what I needed. It wasn't until after she was incredibly rude and actually laughed at my request

We were very impressed with the chimney sweep service we received today from "The Fire Within". We had purchased a lot of excellent fireplace accessories from them but had not as yet engaged the cleaning service. Chad and Nick attended our home and did a very thorough cleaning of our chimney pipe and fireplace. They explained the entire process, offered great suggestions on usage based on their experience and left without even a trace of their attendance. Professional, competent and a fair price! We would highly recommend them to others.
