Excellent experience with having our furnace serviced today. We called Richmond in the morning after noticing our furnace wasn't firing up properly: Hope came out for the service call an hour later. She was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. She knew the issue right away, and had things back up and running within an hour. Overall, it was a smooth and quick service call.

The people at Richmond heating and air are professional from start to finish and provide excellent service. Our furnace broke down on a freezing cold night and after calling another company who claimed they couldn't get the part and we should therefore just buy a new furnace off them, we called the team at Richmond. Once Eric arrived we were back up and running with a new part in a couple of hours. Our furnace died mid day last week. Richmond Heating were fantastic. The weekend was upon us and we had no heat.
Richmond came to the rescue and we had a new furnace put in on Saturday the guys day off. Two great guys Dylan And Brian gave up their Saturday and we had heat by mid day! The guys were great very personable and did clean up etc when they were finished. We would highly recommend Richmond for any heating problems!

The whole team is excellent to work with. From quote to completion, they were professional, communicated well, and offered great solutions to our renovation challenges. Jeremy and Bryan were friendly and professional.
Also, they were amazing at follow-up...we had an unrelated emergency gas leak weeks after our project was complete and they responded quickly.
Shoutout to Eric, one of our technicians, who was able to track down the surprising cause of our problem, due to his knowledge and experience.
I joked that he was 'the gas prophet' because he predicted the cause beforehand and it was not

We recently became first time customers of Richmond Heating and Air and we were extremely satisfied with their service and professionalism. Hope serviced our furnace, HRV and gas fireplace. An extra thank-you to Hope for making adjustments to the blower motor on our furnace that had been running loudly. Her attention to detail and skill provided this fix without needing any new parts.
