This company exceeded all expectations! I wasn't sure of what I needed to enable some features on my phone, and after 4-5 emails I ended up having a refurbished unit send out to me for a reasonable price. They are knowlegeable, helpful and seemed more concerned that I get the right product than anything! Thanks Jon I appreciate your service!

I have contacted this company for the phone service and pay the premium #395 for a service call and end up $169 for additional hour for setting up the voicemail, message doesn't pick up after 6 rings, I have contacted John to express my concerns, but he asks to pay for additional charge but not sure the problem will solve.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was having phone issues at our office so I contacted Standard Telecom through their site. I received a response quickly from John, who took the time to understand and explain my issue. I'm not very tech savvy so I appreciated his patience and attention to detail. He walked me through the solution and how to do it properly. The matter was fixed almost instantly!
