He was very thorough and professional. Delivery and commissioning were smooth and appointment times were adhered to.
The Mitsubishi ductless unit is a fantastic product, wish I had done this sooner. Thank you Robert for excellent service. Paul did an excellent job servicing the 3 units, and returned the next day, in very cold weather to get up on my roof and service that unit. Maintenance is key to the long life of these units and Paul explained everything he was doing, gave me tips on maintaining the GE12NA units that I have.

Paul was everything you'd want from a contractor. Honest, very fairly priced, constantly communicating with you and patient in the process. We unexpectedly had a boiler in need of replacing and we're so glad we were able to work with Paul and Carl through that process.

Twelve years ago Paul installed a new boiler and added 2 cast iron rads to my home. One year ago last fall, I used Paul again to install 2 split unit air conditioners. In both installations I received top of the line equipment and service, hassle free, at a very reasonable price.
I have also found him to be knowledgable and honest.
Late last night my boiler, which has never had a problem, stopped working when the temperature outside was minus 14 C so I called Paul. He was extremely concerned and very helpful. With his guidance I was able to restart the furnace. Later in the night it stopped again

I called Paul regarding an 8 year old ductless unit that stop working properly. The company that installed it wasn't in business anymore. Paul and Carl showed up and were able to getting running in no time. They were very clean and made sure to not leave anything behind.
Very happy with the service and when the time comes, we will definitely be calling them to replace our older units.

I contacted Ductless.ca Inc. in December and was given a rough quote of what kind of units I would need and how much they would cost. A few months later, I called back to book a date and time. Within one week, I had two brand new Mitsubishi ductless units up and running.
Two technicians worked for a day at my home while I was at work, and before I got home everything was already working. My house now has automatic temperature control and I can't believe it took me so long to get this done. I would recommend these guys every time.
P.s. They are dog-friendly!

Paul is very helpful person. He suggested the best ductless units layout for my house. He installed ductless units for 3rd floor last spring and installed 4 more units this winter for 1st floor. He considered my home as his own place. Definitely I will contact him again when I need in the future. Thank you Paul and his team.
