Super happy with Window Viper. Came highly recommended by our last window/house cleaner ( who transitioned out of the industry :( We were at first doubtful Window Viper would be competitively priced or do as good quality work as the last guy who did everything by hand meticulously. Pleasantly surprised. Competitive rates (don’t know what the other guy complaining was on about). Friendly and professional. Good communication. Job well done!

Got a quote to clean the stucco and soffit that was blacken by the pellet stove smoke. He said most of it would come off but when they came and do it, nothing came off. I didn’t know It’s a spray on spray off no brushing style. It’s not a pressure was either. The stars are for showing up on time and friendliness of service.

My experience with Window Viper was very positive. They were quick to respond with an online quote and efficient at making an appointment that was convenient for me. Chris, you emailed me asking why I gave you a 1, so here is why.
1. Window Viper charges twice as much as similar companies in our area, therefore I expect excellent quality.
2. About 40% of the windows that were cleaned had large marks left behind by your cleaners. Also several windows and railings were not cleaned at all. You promised to remedy.
3. Your crew came back one month later, did a small imrpovement still leaving lots of marks, which have been verified by by house Manager and the house keeper. And did not clean the missed railings mentioned to you in the first call.

Window Viper de-mossed the roof of our newly purchased home. It was a challenging job as it's a steeply pitched A-frame and the moss on one side was carpet-like...small ferns were even growing from it. It ended up being an all day job (& more) and Chris kept with the price he quoted us. It was a very reasonable price and we are thrilled with the results. So nice to see the roof cleaned off and great to see someone so committed to their work.
