What can I say; We had a bit of a miscommunication and some work was done that wasn’t authorized. Although we did get off to a bit of a rough start, Bren really came through for me. Sometimes things happen and what really matters is what is done to fix it. I would rather have a company that owns up to it's mistakes and fixes them top notch then a mediocre service provider that doesn’t stand by or have pride in his work. All in all 4.5 out of 5. I am pleased and would recommend to a friend. Thank you again for making it right!!!

The house has needed gutters for about 6 years! I finally decided it was time and called MetroGutters, Initially, they were pretty busy, one of my gutters was clogged (and one that was not easy to get to)...they were in the neighborhood and they came and unclogged it and also gave me a quote. Four weeks later the crew came and did the job....the crew is great, they enjoy working together, answered all of my questions and got the job done. The owner also came a couple of times to see what was going on! Good job guys!

We contacted Metro to come and fix a few leaks along our gutters. Quick easy job. the guys came and did the job on a beautiful sunny day. The next time it rained we noticed there was still a few spots Leaking. We contacted them again and they sent one of their guys over IN THE RAIN and wind to take a look. it ended up the guys originally did the… job right but the real problem not being our gutters that needed the extra fix it was our roof that was causing some of the issue. They remedied the problem and had sent someone out within an hour of our conversation . Customer service at its finest
