Due to water coming up through our sewer drain in the basement, I contacted Superior Plumbing based on a reference from a friend to look into having a sump pump and back water valve installed (as part of the City of Windsor subsidy program).
Alex handled the scheduling and 'pre-work' and attended our residence to inspect our basement to determine whether or not we could have these mitigations installed (turned out a sump pump was going to be a significantly large amount of work due to there not being weeping tile under the home, so we have decided to not pursue that mitigation as our problem hadn

I had some work done at my house last week. Alex and Cody were very kind and professional. Some people don't like dogs and make comments when they are at my house. They were very good with my dog and awesome people to talk to. They even noted other issues with my plumbing and explained to me how i could fix it on my own.
