Originally established in 2005 in Toronto, Ontario, Cosmaroma's main goal is to save you money. As we all know, renovations can be costly, but they don't have to be. Poor customer service, very unprofessional and rude. I am a regular customer since last 4 years and use to deal with a South Asia guy who was extremely nice and had great customer service but this time I am really disappointed as I went to return some stuff and the guy was very rude
and blamed me that I have altered the stuff and scratched it which I hardly noticed while buying I explained him I have never used it but this guy didn't accept and keep blaming me instead of finding a solution to return. I even brought an another customer as I have always referred the client here but no one hardly

I had no idea this store (Gloucester) even existed until my contractor suggested it. I was having a really hard time finding a vanity. I found what I needed here. Omar helped me. He was extremely helpful, very friendly and nice and he gave me a great deal. Would have cost twice as much from Home Depot. I ended up chatting with the owner and he was also amazing. Great customer service and they have a ton of building materials and tools. I will definitely be shopping there again. Highly recommend.

So far these guys are the best service in town. Prices are extremely extremely competitive. We deal with them often. It is worth the drive even from the west end because Rex's customer service is so bad and these guys are always on the ball. You are in and out fast. They have tons of samples cut prepared so you can grab them to show customer if need be... Mo and Yosef are always a pleasure to deal with! Looking forward to more locations!

What a positive experience from start to finish! We had some flooring done by a contractor and there were a few areas that were prematurely wearing. We called our contractor as we didn't have a warranty in hand.
He contacted Cosmaroma and a very professional Rep for the flooring (Aron) visited us, assessed the situation and told us he would contact the store and have them contact us in return.
Moe from Cosmaroma contacted us soon after and made arrangements to have the areas repaired. Moe was also efficient and professional and sent installers...like none other...to our home. They were punctual

CosmaRoma Whitby has everything I needed in one really organized store. I plan to attach pics with this review, I hope it works. No one can believe that the before and after pics are the same place. The… highlight items from this Reno were the dark distressed hardwood and the installation of porcelain tile in the entryway and powder room. But those aren’t the only items we got from cosmaroma. Baseboards, casings, staircase railings, you name it, we bought it all from them. Truly everything in my Reno came from this store, It was the perfect one-stop shop.

Wow! We are doing some home renovations and stumbled upon Cosmaroma via the internet. We were stunned when we went to the Whitby location and saw the amazing selection, from flooring to vanities! Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly, and price was amazing!! Will be back many times I am sure before renos are done!! Highly recommend Cosmaroma!!!!

I highly recommend shopping at Cosmaroma!! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and commit to making your experience a positive one! The prices are far better than the traditional box stores ie. Home Depot &… Lowe’s. They have a large inventory especially in trim etc. I’m sure all the staff is great however we worked with Mike in the Kitchener location!

Cosmaroma installed and stained new stair treads and risers and also sanded and stained the existing posts and railing on our main staircase. They quickly provided an accurate and clear quote and started and finished the job within a week thereafter. Their work was very clean and efficient. The end result is exactly what we envisioned.

Our experience with Cosmaroma has been absolutely amazing. The staff is so professional and extremely knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of working with Moe and as a tradesman I gotta say this guy really knows the renovation business and has outstanding customer service skills. I highly recommend Cosmaroma for all home renovations. Fantastic people to do business with! Our hardwood floors are stunning and the attention to detail is impeccable.
