I asked to provide them to provide me a quote to install a fixture told me one price over the phone and the quoted higher on the email quote, asked why i it increased from the agreed on price, and it was an admin fee to draft the qutoe and email it to me. Bad buisness practice and not profesional.

Needed ballister replacements for overhead fluorescent lights in the studio. John showed up on time, and took care of it quickly and professionally and was a very nice guy. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

I don't usually post reviews but this time i have to say, I was extremely happy with the professional service I received. George booked my appointment for me and was very friendly. Adam the technician that came to the call got the work done right away and fixed the issues I had with the power outlets. He cleaned up his mess and even made the ceiling where he had to cut to access the wires look better than when he arrived. I would definitely recommend Crown Electric and will call again should I ever need their service. Thanks

Called George for an estimate , showed him the chandalier that needs to be installed .. got a quote of $600... Which after installation suddenly became $1000 .. to be fair I did ask him to install another small light fixture that took all of 15 minutes but that can't possibly be $400! What's the point of going to the length of bringing some one over , showing them the exact work that needs to be done and spending about 30 minutes discussing the details for them to miss the estimate by 70%. I understand them going over the quote by $100 or even $200 if there are complications ... but again , they

I would highly recommend this company. I called them for an estimate to bring my basement apartment up to the Electrical Safety Code. From our first interaction, George was polite and took the time to thoroughly explain the whole process. He provided an appropriate estimate with a range so I was never over budget. His crew, Adam and his workers, arrived on time and always cleaned up after themselves. I would really recommend this company.

It really seams to me that Crown Electric is trying to take advantage of me. The job is not nearly worth what they are charging. I was told 2 people on the phone - they sent 1 and charged more than what I was told. Took me away from my work, then I had to help them with the job. Very, very slow work. At some point you need to ask yourself 'Where is the value that Crown delivers?' 'What is real service?' The fact that Crown Electric hung up on me this morning tells me exactly what kind of Company I unfortunately chose to deal with.
