Their sales manager is beyond unprofessional. Words like unethical, pushy and bossy seem to sum her up quite well. We were trying to upgrade our call center and I had my business manager take over the task while I was out of town. For some reason she didn't believe that my manager was now making the decisions on my behalf and gave her nothing but attitude. We ended up going with another company who doesn't play childish games with potential clients.

I went into Associated Telecom last night about 45 minutes before closing because I did an update and my phone wouldn't turn back on. The associate was super busy and she couldn't help me until about 5 minutes before closing. She told me Apple had a glitch and that I would have to take my phone there, but she offered to wait for me to run home to grab my old phone so she could change the sim card in the meantime. My phone is my business and I can't thank her enough. She went above and beyond and the customer service was exemplary! Thank you!!! BEST. STORE. EVER!
