Since its inception in 1984, Twilight Hot Tubs & Home Leisure Centre has been a respected Victoria company. Ron Millard started working at Twilight in 1986 and then, only three years later, bought the company. Since then, Twilight has evolved from a small rental-only business into Vancouver Island's largest hot tub sales centre.

I went in to order a new heater tube, because my pressure sensor had broken off and it was stuck in the threads of the tube. The young staff person looked at it and said - I can probably fix that for you, he went off and 15 minutes later had it almost fixed - just a little bit more work for me to do to get the final bits of plastic out. I was getting in my car when the young man came running back out with a different drill bit to try. We worked on the heater tube for about 5 minutes in the parking lot, and we got it completely cleaned out. For NO charge !!! Excellent customer service - above and

We bought a hot tub from Twilight over 20 years ago. Twilight has been great at keeping our hot tub going with service and repairs along the way. They really came through during the shut down due to the pandemic. They were able to diagnose the problem I had by phone and talked me through how to replace the part with tips to avoid hassles. When it was time to replace the cover it was obvious where to go for the new one. Exceptional service and a quality hot tub.

We've recently purhcased a hot tub from twilight. We are very happy with the service! Words like Reliability, Responsiveness, Clarity, Transparency, Professionalism... all come to mind.
Darryl was our initial intro - very informative. Ron, the owner, helped facilitate delivery and came for an orientation yesterday. Simple process. A motor was actually broken - he had a new one installed that afternoon. Amanda has been great on the phone, with (many!) calls from me, as I'm figuring out initial use and chemicals.
And - it's great to have a local shop we can turn to for expertise.

The manger Darrell Gazolff wanted my wife and I to secure a hot tub on the show room floor with a large deposit. When we changed our mind as the unit was too large for the space available the owner Ron refused to refund our $1000.00 deposit. We would caution anyone dealing with Twilight Hot Tubs as Buyer Be Aware and would suggest other locations that will actually look after you and not just take your money! Happy shopping!

I'm new to maintaining hot tubs, and will freely admit that I didn't know what I was doing until I contacted Twilight Hot Tubs. I asked them to send someone out to the house to show me how to maintain the tub, and as luck would have it, Rob was in the area and he came out the same morning. He spent about an hour carefully explaining exactly what to do to keep the tub clean and safe. He showed me how to remove and clean the filter, he inspected the jets and showed me how to change the broken ones, he explained the difference between salt, bromine, and chlorine systems, and he told me what chemicals
