The air conditioner installation last week was an emergency for my 91 year old mother at home. Airflex website was easy to use, with prompt, clear, excellent communication. 2 VERY professional installers arrived next morning, exactly on time to complete the installation. Very rare to have such dedicated, professional, efficient, hard working men for the installation. They worked so hard in an extremely HOT day. A long day for them inside and outside the house and even working on the furnace. The installers were fantastic with communication and explanation all the work done. Would definitely use

My 27 year old furnace died suddenly turning our house into a frosty 11 c. ice castle.I needed a reliable furnace fast but wanted assurance the installer was also reliable. Luckily I found Air Flex. Lindon spent an hour answering all my questions. Camille answered my calls at all hours. The next day Air Flex installed our new furnace and changed the air filter. The workers were friendly, efficient and left the area clean and neat.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!...We had our furnace replaced by Linden and his team. They were absolutely professional and prompt on time. He took the time to explain the issues with old furnace and then recommended appropriate product for our needs. I am a bit late with this review - we called Jay from Air Flex at the end of May because our air conditioning had died. He was able to come out quickly to give us a quote, in writing, and was able to do the install super quickly with a lennox unit. His guys came out on the date promised, did the work quickly and efficiently and left us with an a/c unit which has kept our house comfort;ably cool with this summer heat. We were super pleased with the service, with how responsive Jay was to our questions and with the professional work done by his team. I would definitely recommend Air Flex if you want

Had furnace and air conditioning replaced few days ago.
Installation and clean-up was great and on time. No air or condensate leaks anywhere. Everything was very professional overall.
Sales pitch was excellent. Lindon came to the house, saw what needed to be done and gave a range of prices based on different available models and brands. I received all brochures and information pamphlets needed to make the decision. If you are like me and need two weeks to look over every statistic and price then I recommend giving them a call.
Air Flex was recommended to me by a friend.
