RT was professional from start to finish, we had a multitude of things done including a new water tank, furnace, humidifier, solace filtration system with UV lighting, In floor heating separation to meet code from current set up, Air Conditioner, reverse osmosis, duct work, dishwasher install, new kitchen faucet and plumbing, laundry sink install and plumbing as well as duct cleaning. This was all completed within a 3 week period provided there were no emergencies during the cold snap. Tom was excellent communicating times and ensuring if anything came up to inform us of the changes. All the guys

We had our HWT & Furnace replaced a few weeks ago (with a vent-cleaning scheduled in the upcoming weeks). The entire crew was friendly, punctual and extremely knowledgeable.

These guys are great. They are very nice and easy to talk. They explain everything so well that it is easy to understand what they are doing and what is going on with the furnace or A/C. They do a good job every time, whether it is maintenance for my A/C or maintenance of my furnace. In December 2021, they came and cleaned the ducts, vents, and furnace. It was wise to get those cleaned because it got wickedly cold and the furnace ran a lot. Lol

I cannot say enough amazing things about this Company. My first experience with them was last winter. Coldest day of the year, grey cup Sunday evening and my furnace goes. Al got the call and he came out and assessed the situation. Wasn't able to get the parts till the next day but offered me all the space heaters I needed but thankfully we were ok with the wood stove. Al came the next day, got my furnace working and was super efficient and friendly.
Fast forward a year later and I'm ready to get my furnace serviced and cleaned. AL and another gentleman came, again super friendly and awesome.

We were so pleased with Matt and Jesse and the install at our house. They were very respectful of my home, answered all of my questions while working and took the time to sit with us after the install was complete to go over everything we needed to know. We got a new furnace, garage heater & duct cleaning from RT over the course of a month. Tom was amazing through the entire process, he was very attentive and making sure all our needs were met. Each of his techs that came to my house were very professional, clean, and an absolute pleasure to have in my home. If you are looking for any HVAC services, don’t look any further than RT heating. We had our very old furnace replaced last week and we are so very glad we went with RT Heating. Tom came and gave us an estimate, thoroughly explaining what we would need to do to bring everything up to current code. He was very personable and we were comfortable with his recommendations. His quote was very comparable to other companies, (in fact lower than some,) and the charges were broken down so we had no "surprises" once it came time to pay. Absolutely fantastic. We had a new furnace installed and Matt and Nelson were incredible. They kept me informed throughout the day as to what was going on. Prices were more than reasonable. Matt made sure I understood what they’d done after installation. And as we are renovating our undeveloped basement, it was actually cleaner after the guys left! Would highly recommend!

Hi Tom -I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Matt and Andrew. Both of them were polite, courteous, methodical, cautious in terms of leaving the home undamaged and they were meticulous as they vented our microwave outside and installed a silgranite sink
