The first 3 letters of TRP Construction General Contractors reflect the name of its original owner Ted R. Postma. When Ted started TRP Construction in 1993, he had 28 years of construction knowledge and project management experience under his belt, and had a reputation for performing quality and reliable work.
These attributes have become hallmarks of TRP Construction since its inception. After 16 years of working for TRP Construction, Ted's son, Matt Postma, is the new owner and President of TRP Construction and, along with the entire TRP Construction team, strives to continue the family's standard of excellence in construction.

Our main office is located at 1073050 Harvester Road, Burlington, Ontario; operating Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. In addition, TRP Construction has a fully equipped workshop (in Flamborough) with necessary tools/equipment readily available. Our current 5-year average annual work volume is approximately $25M.
As the General Contractor, TRP Construction is responsible for the overall coordination of the construction project. Pre-construction, TRP will thoroughly review the project-specific documents (drawings, specifications, supplementary conditions, and any addendum) and complete a site visit to better understand the project before submitting a bid.
A strong TEAMWORK commitment is required and necessary from the Owner, Consultants, Trade Contractors, Suppliers and TRP Construction's team to complete any quality project in the desired scheduled timeline. Much of TRP Construction's success is the result of a collaborative team effort. TRP has developed long-standing relationships with consultants and subcontractors/suppliers to provide consistent, high-caliber work.
