Comfort-Aire Limited was established in 1972 as an air conditioning and heating company. Our focus is on installation, maintenance and service of commercial heating and air conditioning systems. We are familiar with all major commercial brands including Carrier, Daikin, Engineered Air, Fujitsu, Lennox, LG, Liebert, Mitsubishi, Samsung, Trane and York / JCI.
Comfort-Aire Limited employs 15 to 20 full time employees, the majority being certified refrigeration mechanics. Each mechanic is identified by Comfort-Aire service uniform and service van with company identification. The management have over 100 years combined experience in the design, installation and service of air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems.
Comfort-Aire has installed the air conditioning / refrigeration systems on hundreds of buildings in Southern Alberta. We are able to install systems based on an engineer's plans and specifications or on a design-build basis. We have extensive experience with variable refrigerant flow, computer / data / IT rooms, condos, hotels, schools, offices and any other commercial spaces.

Comfort-Aire services all commercial brands. We have a strong team of 10+ journeymen mechanics, many who have been with the company for more than 10 years. We service and maintain the air conditioning and heating systems of over 300 properties in Alberta; many since inception of the company in 1972.
At the end of the day we want to ensure our staff and customers get home safely. We take this very seriously. All of our employees have first aid, WHMIS and TDG training. In addition, Comfort-Aire has been a member of the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) since 1995. As part of the ACSA we have attained our Certificate of Recognition (COR).

The team at Comfort-Aire has been great to deal with. They designed an affordable preventative maintenance program that has dramatically decreased equipment downtime and allowed us to increase the life expectancy of our aging HVAC assets. Additionally, they have always provided us with quick response times when equipment failures have happened. Recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

Comfort-Aire has been servicing our HVAC equipment for several years and they're always professional and courteous. They keep a schedule for us so we don't have to - they arrive every three months to change filters and maintain the equipment. I appreciate the great service we've received from Comfort-Aire over the years!
