I had them install my hardwood flooring.
They did a professional job and when I called them and told them that there was a hole in one of the pieces installed. They came back and remiced the piece that had a hole in it and all the other bad pieces and replaced them with new pieces. You are not able to tell that this had been done. It looks professional.
