Not professional and terrible customer service. We hired this company to clean the ducts at our cabin at Clearwater Lake. The guy didn't seal the vents. At one point I stopped him because while he was blowing the vent in the living room, the vent in the room at the end of the hall had big clouds of dust coming out of it! I wish I would have taken a picture, because when I complained to the company the receptionist argued and attacked me. I had to call back 3 times, and she belittled me each time. I ended up getting about 30% of the bill refunded, but I did hours of cleaning and will have to do
